Salim Technologies was founded on a simple conviction: Quebec businesses deserve direct access to the same tools that are already transforming large corporations — without the jargon, without the middlemen.
Too often, technology gets brought in from the outside — well-understood in theory, but never tested against the reality of a shop floor, a warehouse, an operations chain. Salim Technologies takes the opposite path: real-world experience first, technology second — building solutions that answer an actual need, not what someone assumes a business should want.
Salim Shibari is an artist before he's a technologist — a musician and poet — and he brings that same creative instinct to code. Where others see a problem, he sees a solution nobody's tried yet: that instinct, not a manual, is what makes the difference.
That creativity is grounded in nearly a decade on the ground — logistics, operations, warehouses, and ISO 9001- and 13485-certified medical device manufacturing.
That experience is backed by self-taught expertise in artificial intelligence and development, rounded out by ongoing training in management, conflict resolution, and quality management systems.
