Salim Shibari designs the systems a business runs on. He did the work first. Nearly ten years of it — logistics, operations, warehousing, and a medical device manufacturing lab certified to ISO 9001 and 13485.

He spent those years on the receiving end of systems someone else designed. The procedure nobody follows. The form you fill out twice — once on paper, once in the software that was supposed to replace the paper. The tool that adds a step and takes none away. That’s why he starts with the work as it’s actually done, not with the solution.

He’s self-taught: artificial intelligence, software development, quality management systems, management. What he sets up for a client, he wanted for himself first — less data entry, fewer things forgotten, and a written trace the day someone asks the question.
